Entervio is an AI-powered platform for interview preparation, resume generation, and intelligent job search.

2. Service access

Access to the service is restricted to adults (18 years and over). Registration requires a valid email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Not use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Not distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content

4. Intellectual property

All platform content (text, algorithms, designs, source code) is the exclusive property of Entervio and protected by copyright. Content generated for the user (resumes, cover letters) belongs to the user personally.

5. Liability

Entervio strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee specific outcomes regarding job offers. The platform is provided "as is". Entervio cannot be held liable for decisions made based on AI-generated advice.

6. Amendments

Entervio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
