Terms of Service

1. Legal notice

In accordance with French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the following information is provided to users.

2. Purpose

Entervio is an AI-powered career platform offering real-time voice interview simulations, automated CV and cover letter generation, and personalised job search. These Terms define the conditions under which Entervio SAS makes these services available to users.

3. Acceptance

Accessing and using the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the service. Acceptance is recorded at account creation by ticking a dedicated checkbox.

4. Service access

Access is restricted to adults (18 years and over) with full legal capacity. Registration requires a valid email address and a password. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Entervio reserves the right to refuse access to any user who fails to comply with these Terms.

5. Services and pricing

Entervio offers several monthly subscription plans, including a free tier with limited features. Prices are as follows:

• Free: €0 / month — limited access to basic features
• Premium: €9.99 / month
• Pro: €14.99 / month

VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices shown are therefore final.

Dedicated offers are available for educational institutions and IT service companies (ESN). These are governed by separate contractual terms.

6. Billing and payment

Subscription fees are due monthly, in advance, on the subscription date. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand.

Payments are processed by a third-party secure payment provider. Entervio does not store any banking data on its servers. In the event of a payment failure, access to paid features may be suspended.

An invoice is available for each payment in the user's account area.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscribing to a paid plan, with no obligation to give reasons and no penalty.

To exercise this right, notify Entervio by email at anas@entervio.fr before the 14-day period expires, clearly stating your intention to withdraw and the information needed to identify your account.

Entervio will refund all amounts paid within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date
• Not attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the platform
• Not use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Not distribute illegal, offensive, discriminatory or harmful content
• Not circumvent the usage limits associated with your subscription tier
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior written authorisation from Entervio

9. Intellectual property

All platform elements (text, algorithms, interfaces, designs, source code, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Entervio SAS and protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Content generated personally for the user (CVs, cover letters, interview reports) belongs to the user and is licensed to them on a personal, non-exclusive basis. Entervio retains the right to use anonymised versions of this content for service improvement purposes, in compliance with GDPR.

10. Personal data

Entervio processes personal data as data controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable French data protection law.

Data collected (name, email, CV data, voice recordings) is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and is not sold to third parties.

Users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, exercisable at anas@entervio.fr. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Entervio undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee specific outcomes regarding job offers. AI-generated advice is indicative only and does not substitute professional career guidance.

Entervio shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, network failures, or decisions made by users based on AI-generated content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entervio's total liability to a user is capped at the amounts actually paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Duration and termination

These Terms are entered into for an indefinite period from account creation. Paid subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically.

Termination by user: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area or by emailing anas@entervio.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No pro-rata refund is made except in the case of a valid right of withdrawal.

Termination by Entervio: Entervio may suspend or terminate a user's access for breach of these Terms, following notice and a 48-hour cure period, except in urgent cases justifying immediate suspension.

On account closure, users may request an export of their personal data within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

13. Force majeure

Entervio shall not be liable for total or partial failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from a force majeure event, including natural disasters, power or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or government action.

14. Amendments

Entervio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account before the effective date at no charge. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nice shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of EU law and the French Consumer Code (which permit consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their place of domicile).
